A digital Book of You is composed for you and delivered the moment payment succeeds. By sealing it you ask us to begin straight away and acknowledge that — as with any bespoke digital content — the automatic 14-day cancellation right no longer applies once your book has been made.
If your book didn't arrive, something went technically wrong, or the details we captured were plainly mistaken, write to us within 14 days and we'll put it right or refund you in full. We read every note ourselves.
A gift voucher can be refunded any time before it is redeemed. Once the recipient has opened their book, the voucher has done its work and can't be refunded.
When printed editions are available: because each is made to order and personalised, you may cancel any time before it goes to print. Once printed we can't resell it, so returns are limited to books that arrive faulty or damaged — we'll replace or refund those.
Email hello@theastralscribe.com with the name on the order. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. None of this affects your statutory rights.
